Gesture Control?
I'm looking for a Gesture sensor. Among the capacitive touch devices I don't see anything that would allow one to 'swipe' your hand over a sensor to detect directional movement. Only devices that you have to touch. Am I missing anything or isn't there a adafruit component at this point.

Re: Gesture Control?
We don't support gestures on the capacitive touch screens

Re: Gesture Control?
I saw these demonstrated at the NYC Maker Faire last September. http://www.hoverlabs.co/
But we do not have any in the store at this time.

Re: Gesture Control?
That Hover is very nice with Gesture and Touch sensing ($39). Over at SFun I found a Gesture sensor at $14.95 that uses the same sensor that the Samsung Galaxy S5 uses.

Isn't SI1145,SI1146, SI1147 for that purpose?

Re: Gesture Control?
The SI1145 is a light sensor, not a touchscreen controller.

Re: Gesture Control?
Sorry, I hadn't realised the question was about touch screens.
