The Flora doesn't use the Programmer menu.

There should be an item under the Serial Port menu for the Flora. Have you installed the drivers as shown in the tutorial?

Check your COM settings with the Flora that doesn't work connected. What do you get for hardware recognition?

The same driver should work for both Floras.

Sometimes a Flora's bootloader gets corrupted and the computer can't recognize it at a hardware level. When that happens, the machine doesn't report the device as "Adafruit Flora" in the COM settings.

There may be some kind of trouble with the COM port. Let me check with the folks who have more experience with the Flora on Windows.

ok please turn on 'verbose output on upload' in the preferences window
then try uploading blink or something and post the output in a 'code block' so its nice to read :)

hi, i mean *copy and paste* the output text into the response, not a screen shot... easier that way :)

what does the flora do when you press the reset button? does the red led pulse?

The output shows that it's looking for the Flora on COM 14, but your Flora is showing up as COM 15 in Device Manager. Check your COM port selection.
