Hey everyone,
I have taken a class and we have used these kinds of resistors.

Will the resistors in the Adafruit pack have resistors that can be attached to a breadboard and soldered to a circuit board?

Do they work the same way but in a different orientation?
Thanks

Re: NOOB Resistor Question
Yikes! Nope, those are SMT resistors. I guess there's two kinds of electronics, regular and super extra small (surface mount tech). So flip over a hardrive and you'll find SMT, where the parts are mounted to the surface of a board. The more conventional stuff that's easy for us non-machines to solder is going to fit in a bread board and be enjoyable to prototype with.
Edit: I don't think Adafruit spends any time carrying that stuff because it's not the type of component they're setup to provide the way ebay vendors are :)
PS [strike]baseball[/strike] Magic card holders are perfect for holding those resistor sets from ebay, btw ;)
