LCD Screen Not Working

I recently purchased https://www.adafruit.com/products/913 from your website. It arrived not working . We really need a new screen because it is required for our senior engineering project would you be able to replace this and send it on rush because the project is due in a week and is required to graduate with please respond fast thanks.

Post a photo of the underside of the PCB, showing the flex cable where it enters the connector. 800x600 images usually work best.

Here is another picture I can't stress how badly we need this by Friday sorry for the short notice but please this is like a major sis for our grade in the class is to have a working prototype of our invention

Thank you. Those kinds of problems often trace back to a misaligned flex cable, but yours seems to be seated properly.

For the sake of trial and error, remove the cable from the connector and reseat it. If it helps, it's a fast solution. If it doesn't, post back then send a note to [email protected] and the folks there will get you a replacement.
