Cosplay Competition project need help!

Hi my name is Morgan and I am currently working on a cosplay project for a contest at a convention in two months. I came across the Electronic demon Costume How To video and decided that I would like to make a mask similar but for a cosplay for this competition. The character im going as is called Taokaka from the video game and anime Blazblue. She has red eyes and a large smile much like the cheshire cat. I think it would be great to have a mask that I could program special effects like the eyes and mouth moving for this competition. I would like some help with this!
