Hey y'all,
I'm new to this space of tech/electronics.
I bought myself an FX soundboard+amp, and also the lipoly backpack.
Having difficulties soldering it onto the soundboard.
Can someone show me how to do it?
I know it's a lame question.

Re: NEW TO ALL THINGS TECH
Thank you.
That was helpful.
I've been experiencing an issue on my Adafruit Audio FX Soundboard.
I've been charging the Lipoly battery, once unplugged from USB, the charge lasts less than a minute.
Do I need to replace the battery/ Is it dead?
Is there a better solution to battery/options?
Thanks,
Samson

It sounds like the battery is dead.
Discharging a fully-charged LiPo in a minute would generate a lot of heat.

Thanks.
That makes sense.
When I connected the pins and GND,
for a short while I could see the red light glow, and then it just didn't happen again.
I'll get a new battery.

Re: NEW TO ALL THINGS TECH
Hey there,
I had issues with my Li-Poly, so I went and got myself a regular battery power source (AAA x 3)
But now my Audioboard won't power up.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Post a photo showing your hardware and connections and we'll take a look. 800x600 images usually work best.

I had issues with a Li-Poly battery, so I got a new one.
When I try to connect it, the green light and the red next to it lights up.
That shouldnt happen, right?
Please advise.
Thanks

Re: NEW TO ALL THINGS TECH
It looks like you don't have the LiPo Backpack soldered to the pins that connect it to the FX Board.
Make sure all three of those connections are good.
