editing eagle files

hello.

I'm going to make boarduino USB myself. but the size of board(I think 2cm*7cm ) is too small. how can i large it? e.g. 9*13cm

Do you just want to make the outline bigger or space out the parts also?

The free version of EAGLE has a size limit of 80x100mm, so you can make it bigger, but not as much bigger as you were asking for. (if you pay for various versions of EAGLE, you can make it as big as you want. There's a non-profit version for about $150 (?) that does 100x160mm)

because our PCB facility just accept .pcb files.

No, sorry.

IMO, if your pcb shop only accepts protel files, you should find a new pcb shop. they should at least accept industry-standard files (gerber); being locked in to a particular CAD program by your vendor is a several steps of badness beyond "not open source." (and vis versa as well. Don't invest a lot of time in CAD programs that tie you to a particular PCB manufacturer.)
