Hi all
Three quick questions:
1) Does anyone know if I can use different values on the 5.1V zeners on the serial dongle (DASA)? Like say 3V3. Should it still work on the spokepov? It seems strange to talk to the spokepov with 5v signals with the batteries plugged in at 3v.
2) Why is the two resistors necessary on the usbtinyisp when using it with the spokepov? I saw ladyada in another post saying that was a design decision at that time. As I only have one usbtiny and it's not feasible to keep changing it to use with spokepov and back all the time, I went for the serial dongle for now.
3) I searched a lot, read the schematics and source codes, and still cannot understand the relationship between the 10-pin flat connector, the microcontroler and the external eeprom. How can the software choose which to program, or how the data reaches the eeprom when apparently you can only talk to the microcontroler. Maybe there is some clever magic going on there that I can't see.
Thank you!!
