Part Eagle says BOM says
C11 16pF 20pf
C12 16pF 20pf
C14 150uF, polarized 33uF
C15 150uF, polarized 33uF
C23 22pF 20pf
C24 4700pF 4.7 nF (same thing)
C25 1000pF 1 nF (same thing)
C26 .01uF Does not exist in BOM
C27 10uF, polarized Does not exist in BOM. Eagle specifies this as a polarized Cap. I used non-polarized. Not sure if this is why mine's not working :-)
C29 2200pF Does not exist in BOM
C36 150uF, polarized Does not exist in BOM
C40 150uF, polarized Does not exist in BOM
C6 16pF 20pF
C7 16pF 20pF
D3 1N5317 same as D2
IC1 PIC16F877PT Should be PIC18LF452
IC2 FT232 Should be FT232BM (same thing?)
IC3 CS4340A CS4334
L4 BEAD Not sure what a "bead" is. I just ordered the part # from the BOM.
R18 100K The Part # from the BOM gives a package with a large profile (blocks the CF socket).
R6 3 10ohm
R7 3 10ohm
U0 CF Ejector - Left LEFT, but it won't fit in the case. Use RIGHT instead. (Digikey: WM18507-ND)
X1 10MHz BOM switches this with X2.
X2 20MHz BOM Switches this with X1. Get a 29.491 instead.

Thank you everybody!
