When i put the ground on C20 i get my 5,33v back and on the other 25v (but this should be 12v).
When i probe the middle pin on J4 for ground i get nothing. But it can be due the fact of a banned multimeter i realize now :)

im sorry
i spoke too soon on my last post
r178 or ic23 is not soldered in well

check the resistance between pin2 of ic23
and one end of r178
and then do the same for pin1 of ic23

if it all seems to be connected
then ic23 is bad

perhaps easier to do
is to measure the resistance
between pins1 and 2
make sure the power is off

When i test Pin2 of the IC to the near pin of R178 i get 0,0 ohm, when i do this on the far pin of the R178 i get 2,2k

And with pin1 of the IC it is just the other way around but with the same values. One pin 0v other pin 2.2k

And again thx for your effort, you rule!! :)

This is 2.2 k

sorry to say
ic23 is bad

the only other thing you can try
is to remeasure the voltages on ic23
but make sure you take them from the top of the chip
so youre actually touching the legs to the chip itself

I get nothing now. :)

So if i put in a new IC, is there anything i can test before soldering it in? Like there should be no resistance value between pin1 and pin2?

do you mean there are no voltages?
or that nothing has changed?
you should see the same voltages as before
and the same resistance between pin1 and pin2

if you do not
then the chip just needs to be soldered in better

if all the voltages and resistances are the same
when you measure directly on the ic pins
then you can just put a new opamp in
and it should work

The first one, i get no voltage anymore. Only pin 5 has the same 5.5v.
Even pin 8 has no more 27,5v but R1 has.

The resistance is still 2.2k between pin 1 and pin2.

So you think is just soldered bad?

pffff i think my multimeter broke down, now i get the same voltages on all the pins of the IC.

So i will try a new one.

Thx for your help, really appreciate it a lot!!!!

Woopwoop, i resoldered it, and now i get to right values!! :)

Acid here we come. Thx mysterious guest for the effort!!
