x0xb0x VCO Tuning help

today i assembled a small VST plugin to help me tune my x0xb0x when i have to
it follows the easy "TM5->TM4->Done" method
AS_x0x_tune (Download page)
the VST should run on windows OSes eventually ;]
follow the instructions in the readme file

EDIT: zip updated, the vst had missing LIBs (new gcc stuff) now it runs on my win98 machine so it's the bomb ;]

yeah
at first i tuned my x0x by ear, the same way TM5->TM4
then i *did* try with some guitar tuner VST, ehm it was actually harder ;]

it's really easy now, takes about 5 minutes max ;]
btw, you might notice the IC11 socketed.. i extended the note range to propper 5 octaves with a "better" opamp (thanks to guest, and desoldering wick)

When unzipping this file it comes up as a .DLL file which I cannot open. Help.

hi, the DLL file is a (win32) VST-plugin
it's not supposed to "open" .. you have to use a VST-Hosting app to load it with

SaviHost.. it's free, and that's what i used in the video too

i tuned both Oscillators with it, works like a charm !

Edit: if you use savihost just rename savihost.exe to AS_x0x_tune.exe and put it in the same folder
