metropolis

Postby guest » Mon Jan 02, 2012 3:23 am

so i finally got around to putting this up
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k1p1R8XkQA

its a version of metropolis with a soundtrack i put together
there are little bits of my first 303 clone interspersed in there
but i had no idea what i was doing back then
and it sounded pretty terrible

the majority of the soundtrack is mixed down from records
and was inspired by a live set i saw genoqs do for the same film

thanks
its a good movie to see regardless
but some uptempo music makes it move a little faster
the plot definitely moves slow by todays standards

Oh, I don't know, the Giorgo Moroder version seems to move at a fair old speed...

I've made a note to give yours a proper run through next week.

i havent seen that version
but i heard he cut half the film out
i probably should give it a watch at some point
