Power adapter question

Power adapter question

My new project is probably going to involve removing the atmega chip and putting it on a pcb for space. I recently purchased this: https://www.adafruit.com/products/276 Will that be ok to power the atmega directly? Or should I still put together a small power supply on the board to clean the power further?

That puts out a nice clean 5v. You will have no problem powering the Atmega directly from that.
