transmit live video -remote rover to monitor

Hi , arduino unos and ide 1.0
I have rover (uno with xbee v1) controlled by joystick (uno-xbee v1)

Using the "Weatherproof TTL Serial JPEG Camera with NTSC Video and IR LEDs"
what other parts would I need to transmit live video from rover to an rgb monitor

You would need a wireless analog radio system for the NTSC signal. Trango is one established brand, but I'm sure there are less expensive systems out there. You might check sites specializing in security/surveillance systems.

thanks for helping, looked at suggestion, $1000-1500 is way too expensive, since the camera is $42 , I would like to stay in that range for a transmitter and small monitor/reciever

Hopefully someone else has suggestions.

There are plenty of cheap systems out there. But all the ones I have seen have the transmitter built into a crappy camera.
