carnival game

A few weeks ago I saw a blog post on a carnival game someone made that was based on some sort of micro. The game had a ring of LEDs and the object was to stop the sequence when the LED at top dead center was lit. He also had a speaker making a clicking noise. Can anyone find that post? Also, would be interested in other carnival games that can be made diy. I've been toying around with a radar gun and clocking the speed of a baseball. The object of that game is to throw the ball at the same speed 2 times in a row. comment?
