I tend to use my nails, and lots of patience with these kinds of things. Some google-fu suggests soaking it in (hot) water, rubbing babyoil on it, or eucalyptus-oil, leave it for 15 minutes and then it should scrape off with a piece of wood, or a mist of silicone spray and then waiting a minute. Also heat is suggested like from a hot air gun or such, but of course be careful cause you don't want to melt the plastic.
Or rolling something over it, to get it started, if you already got some off, then sticking that to another and rolling it can help pick up the paper up as well. (see http://www.finishing.com/100/68.shtml
