Because of the scarcity of some of the parts, there no more kits being offered. You'll need to source your own parts. You can still buy printed circuit boards, front and back panels, OS chips from Adafruit, but everything else you need to find.

I too am/was on the waiting list a long time,
however,. realy i was very suprised at how easy it is to put a kit together,
it is very very easy,i wish i would have tried sooner.,

hi xoxers or wishers, im currently trying to get a uk based supplier to source and provide all of the rare parts to make self sourcing easier, that way limor gets to still sell pcbs and xox panels and doesnt get nagged by you troublesome lot ! i will post as soonas i know, anything to keep this amazing project breathing..and if you cant be bothered to self source you certainly wont have the patience required for this anyway..but if rare parts are available it makes it less of a headache for all, peace !

The problem are the "strange" parts like the buttons etc.
I know where to order them, but it's in the US. Also mouser is quite expensive when you want to order from Europe (Holland).

So my question is: Is it possible to buy a complete kit without the rare parts. That way I don't have to order from multiple companies in the US.

I hope it's possible to get a kit without the rare parts.

its not possible unfortunately, your only option is to order from mouser and digikey.

there may be, but there will always be pcbs/panels available though for self sourcing

you may have missed a thread in here about a final run for people who were on the waiting list up to some point LAST YEAR and they get priority on these "in stock" kits.

so just suck it up and self source so you can get soldering asap!

sorry this is an annoying first post but I thought i was on the waiting list for a long time but cant remember when I signed up and never kind of looked in to it until now

I don't think i ever got a conformation email

I know there is know way to find out your place on the list
