Mosuer.com (yes Mosuer)

If you go to Mosuer.com it's an exact copy of Mouser, which would lead me to believe that it would be owned by Mouser. However, I would just be scared buying anything from it and giving out credit card information. So I just ran a whois check, and they both say they're owned by Mouser, so I guess it's ok, but mosuer says it's in Texas and mouser says Massachusetts. I'm just curious if anyone knows if these are both Mouser, and if so, why didn't they use a redirect link?
