interest in everything minus VCOs?

The operation of transmitters designed to jam or block wireless communications is a violation of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended ("Act"). See 47 U.S.C. Sections 301, 302a, 333. The Act prohibits any person from willfully or maliciously interfering with the radio communications of any station licensed or authorized under the Act or operated by the U.S. government. 47 U.S.C. Section 333. The manufacture, importation, sale or offer for sale, including advertising, of devices designed to block or jam wireless transmissions is prohibited. 47 U.S.C. Section 302a(b). Parties in violation of these provisions may be subject to the penalties set out in 47 U.S.C. Sections 501-510. Fines for a first offense can range as high as $11,000 for each violation or imprisonment for up to one year, and the device used may also be seized and forfeited to the U.S. government.

interest in everything minus VCOs?

I'ma be ordering some parts, and if anyone wants to piggyback, they can. Let me know asap if you are interested. Then I can quote you and see if you're still in.

This will include vcos if you wish. The more you decide to buy/the more people who are in, hopefully the cheaper it is.

As for x0xes, when I sourced those, if I were to build 100, it cut the cost in half. but remember. Everything must be paid in full before I send the order. There is another forumer here who will vouch for my legitimacy.

It is going to be $100 shipped anywhere within US. No CAN, no MEX, no Int`l. Do not ask. Paypal only.

I send out the order tomorrow.

---
EDIT

Eh... I'm going to wait until thursday to send it out so when I get it, I can send out before the weekend. If you want the VCos, it'll probably be around $50 more.

Wonderful idea, but I caution you on how you do this. You can't sell the parts like that....

"(p) Kit. Any number of electronic parts, usually provided with a schematic diagram or printed circuit board, which, when assembled in accordance with instructions, results in a device subject to the regulations in this Part, even if additional parts of any type are required to complete assembly." -Part 15, FCC Regulations

If you can think of a way around this that would hold up in court, by all means, have at it. But I doubt that you are very keen on going to jail ;)

break the parts order down to different pieces
total parts
#a pot luck bundle
#b pot luck bundle
#c pot luck bundle
#d pot luck bundle
#e pot luck bundle
now 5 different parts lets call them pot luck bundles
if you take any one of those bundles alone you do not have squat
mix the parts up put them in bundles then ship them out
now charge 15.00 to 20.00 a bundle
buy lots get a discount
mark up for your time dont gouge
when all the bundles are put together at THE END USERS place you are cool
pot luck = what ever you want to call them

Yes, I suppose you could do that... A resistor kit, a capacitor kit, a semiconductor kit, a transistor kit, an antenna kit, etc... VCO's would have to be purchased by the individual.
