Can any1 put up a guide on full colour RGB 3 or 6 spoke which ever and how to program the 3/6 spoke after that!!

There should not be any trick to it. Just make separate images for each channel and upload them to the appropriate spokes.

If you're planning on having the colors mix, I think you'll want to use the diffused lens LED devices. These are different than the high brightness, clear lens devices that the kits come with. They produce a point image, that draws a thin line. What you want is a fat light, like a magic marker, that will overlap the paths of the other color components.
