ok so I have the PIC on the pcb board where can I find a pre-assembled pic programmer. something that I guess plugs in through com or usb then has the 5 wires out to the board. I am willing to get it online assembled but I would rather have it bought locally as in somewhere like bestbuy.

I programmed my PIC with this programmer from sparkfun.com:

All you need to do is connect 5 wires from the pcb to the programming cable, and plug it into your serial port.
