Okay, excuse my language, but now I'm pissed off. I have had a bad experience with this guy, and finally got fed up enough to come on here and post a complaint about him, lo and behold many others have beaten me to it. I wanted this particular panel, it looked good...and it's a publicly released design, so anybody with the knowhow can send the graphic to an overlay printing shop and get it made...I don't know how to do this, so I found this ableideas.com site selling them already made. Okay, sounds good. I sent the money March 19th, and it takes forever to get here...that's okay, I think. The guy lives in Australia, and sometimes overseas shipping can take forever. Well, it finally arrives on April 18th. Mind you, I ordered the decal version. He offers it as just a decal, or with the decal already applied to acrylic. I already have an aluminum panel, so if I can just apply a decal to my aluminum panel, then it will be really nice looking, and durable. I already know that super thin acrylic is complete junk, so I purposely avoided it.
Well, after a month of waiting...guess what I get...
That's right, an acrylic panel. And, just like the experiences already posted in this thread, it was all busted up, because this guy just threw some paper thin acrylic into an envelope and mailed it out. To make matters more interesting, the envelope has all this asian writing all over it, and the stamps pretty much inform me that no, this package did not come from Australia, but in fact from Thailand. Wow. This guy is doing great so far, can it get worse? Anyways, I email him back the day that I receive the wrong item, and he says this:
Hi Cris
I am so sorry for the order mix up!
I will ship the sticker version ASAP.
Once again, sorry!

Thanks Tim! Well...over a month later now, I email him back, asking "where the @#$!@ is my decal?"...okay well I used nicer words than that...but apparently nice words are ineffective with this guy. It's been about a week since I sent him that email, and he ignored me. I just went to Paypal, and filed a dispute. Wow, Paypal is worthless, and I'm going to actively start trying to use alternatives, and do everything I can to avoid Paypal. They are despicable. After filling out the dispute, I get a message saying that this transaction is ineligible for a dispute, basically "suck it up, you've been scammed, and we couldn't care less."
One interesting thing, is it said something along the lines of "however, if enough people file disputes with this seller, we will open this dispute and investigate it."
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PEOPLE, FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL IF YOU HAVE BEEN BURNT BY THIS PERSONAnyways, here I am...I just came here to post a complaint, and found out I was not alone. I actually knew about this guy before I even built my x0xb0x...how much of a bad reputation he had, for selling old, used, corroded parts on ebay, half of the parts didn't even work...packaging sensitive parts in sandwich bags, sending all kinds of assorted garbage pots, etc... Except his name was jerwin, and he did business on ebay. This is a web store, and the guy who runs it is a guy named Tim. So, I look into it further, and ya know what? When I emailed him, one of his response emails said this at the end:

Son of a @#$%!
I've been had. This guy is a real piece of work, everybody. Avoid him. If you have had a bad experience with him, then
please file a paypal dispute.
