This Letter is for Hfe designation...There are 3 letters for 2sd1469 : Q-R-S

Q : 120~270, R : 180~390, S : 270~560...

Now I don't exactly know wich one the original tr909 uses...Designation is very important

the tr909 uses 2SD1469-R and the Roland part number is RL-15129612, it might be worth contacting roland service and asking if they have that available
