I added a few common 0603 parts that I've been using ... though they're slightly more expensive since I tend to stick to 1% resistors for the extra $2-3 per reel that they cost. It might add $0,02 to each board. :-) Might add in some tantalums, etc., once I can go through my reels to get all the Digikey references.

wow that is so fantastic. its exactly what i put the page up for. its such a waste of time to look for the cheapy jellyreels when everyone just wants a goddamn 10K resistor :)

Added 4.7uF/10V and 10uF/10V 0805 ceramic capacitors. These are actually pretty cutting edge technology because ceramics have only been able to get this high in capacitance w/this form factor for a couple of years. The great thing about them is that they come on standard 8mm reels (for cheap PnP feeders), are non-polarized so there's no possibility of stuffing them the wrong direction, cheap, and small. That's why I got so excited when I found them. A reel will set you back a bit, but if you're looking for small bulk caps that are cheap and easy to mount w/a PnP, then you should check them out.

I should mention that you should be careful about the material of these caps. The Y5V material is cheaper but can be off by as much as 80%. The X5R and X7R material is much more stable over temperature and is usually +/-10 to 20%. I generally steer clear of Y5V.

My jellybeans include MMBT2222A's, 2N7002's, and some SOD-123 or SMA schottkys.
