Need A Minty PCB? Free!

Hi , I am new to this forum ... Would like to know the source of the PCB and the parts and their cost ....

I want to make a MP3 player for my car ...

Anybody has a suggestion for a Hard disk based MP3 player ?

We do not have these available here in India .....
