Connector name issue and SNES controller

stupid question...
what are those silver crimped connectors called near the black sockets

also the snes breakout connector plug you have for sale

can i rip off that end piece cover and and have it look like the connector on the fuzebox?

the SNES plug is what a controller has
we do have SNES -CONNECTORS- but they're not in the shop yet. oof!

NES is not SNES
look on google for images of the two types of controllers

i meant to type SNES


my controller board has options to connect either nes or snes controller, Ive got the nes sockets from parallax
already and now i just need the SNES sockets so Ill be able to plug SNES controllers into it
