PALM TX

Postby bohrier » Tue Jul 18, 2006 2:59 pm

Would mintyboost work with palm TX?
I wanna build one to boost my batteries, but i'm not sure it'd work.

Take the wall charger for it.
Flip it over.
Look under "Output".
Post the data.

If it charges though usb - possibly.

If it does have an adapter that plugs into the wall, and it says 5v then yes.
otherwise no.

Really? You should see it.
It may not be clie, but I am 90% sure it is Sony.

I will check with him.

EDIT: Yep! 5.2 v @ 2000mA for a Sony Clie ux50
Why are you reading this? Are you really that bored that you demote yourself to reading siggy's?
If you are that bored, make me a chocolate shake and mail it to me. Thanks for doing something productive with your life.

Oh...
I'm stupid :-P

I guess I'll just check to see if MB works with it, if not, I will actually figure it out :-P

It should be able to work but realize that you will be drawing alot more current than the MintyBoost was designed for. Your batteries will get hot and your chip as well.
