Weird SpokePOV problem

Postby ubagas » Sat Sep 18, 2010 3:00 pm

Hi guys,

I got one weird problem with my SpokePOV. I hope you will be able to help me.
I did buy 3 SpokePOV, made 2 of them, one of them is working perfectly, but another one is really weird. For example when i put batteries in LEDs should light up each after the other. But in my case first 11 LEDs light up and do nothing, ok then i remove batteries and put them in again, this time completely different LEDs light up. So every time i put my batteries in random LEDs light up sometimes even all LEDs light up.
But still i connected it to my PC and programmed it somehow.... I tried to put in Controller from my working SpokePOV but its the same. I did upload empty pictures to it.... but it was not helpful. And when i put magnets near my sensor it doesnt react.

My soldering is pretty good, i checked it like 10 times. Controller is good and its working with another SpokePOV, i think one of the other chips is not working, but witch one ?
So guys please help me :D

Post some clear photos of the board - front & back.

I'm having this exact same problem. How did you end up fixing it?
