midi sych issue with logic **SOLVED**

hi peeps, im trying to record into logic and it plays fine if i record it from the very first beat, however i put the pointer where i want it to start and the x0x plays exactly one beat out, ive reset all my midi drivers etc.. im going from my midi in on my x0x to my midi out on my m-audio soundcard and into logic 9.

im baffled as to why it synchs fine from the very beginning but exactly a beat out anywhere else...

i guess it waits for the dinsync clock counter to wrap-around to 0 again before it starts

im currently running sokkos

it was running fine a while back so just dont get it!!

think i may have sussed it, if i run it from the midi port on the x0x straight into the midi on my soundcard, plays no problem.

i am experiencing the same problem with my tb-303, dunno if im setting my kenton up wrong though as when ive had studio time with sterling moss, his plays at any point. im gonna have a tinker through all my settings on my kenton pro solo.

yep i have sussed it!!

so anyone using a kenton pro solo 2 in logic and having the same issue, set it to 40 continue=start!

so happy ive sussed it!

now to email kenton back as they told me it couldnt be done!
