The SpokePOV Images thread!

I had a quiet night tonight, which is pretty rare, so I made use of it by playing with my newly-working SpokePOV's. I made a bunch of properly-sized BMP images, and figured I'd share them with you folks. Click on the images to download the larger .BMP versions:

All of these images have been tested in the SpokePOV software, though I've only actually transmitted a few of them over to my spokes. I've decided to put my two SpokePOV's on my rear wheel, and I think I have to order another two kits for my front wheel. With one kit, you have to be going pretty damned fast to get a good POV effect!

I'm currently rocking a space invader on my bike... the same space invader I have tattooed on my chest. I'm keeping the x0xb0x.bmp on close hand, though, for long bikerides while "tuned"...

wow these are really awesome. i never really came up with anything better than the biohazard or pacman/ghost...although the pacman/ghost thing was really spectacular. please also post pix of it "in action" if you can!!

one thing is that usually the more writing/complicated (litter/acidinside) the image the tougher it is for people to understand. the more generic (like the commie64/golfball/bomb/alien) the more "clear" it looks. its surprisingly difficult to recognize the symbols when they're whizzing by you.

I remember seeing the biohazard, but these are quite cool. I might actually get one of these thingies, once my arm heals up. How much is the kit for it?

Here are some images i made for spokepov. They are all designed in a way so that the hub does not interfere with the picture.
Thumbnails are only for reference, photobucket changed them to jpegs so i uploaded the bitmaps seperately.
