Re: ADS1115 Values Shifting in other channels.

Hi Bill,

Thanks and understand your point.
I revised my python program to read and log on only one program to avoid any miscommunication between query of the analog signals.
I am testing it now and seems good. But I will let it run and let you all know.

Re: Bluefruit LE SPI Friend "Connect" and "RSSI" issues

would this do what you need? This was done with a "Bluefruit UART Friend", but the SPI Freind should respond similarly. here I place the "UART Friend" in command mode then query the connected status with it connected and disconnected - the responses from the board begin with &quo...

Re: BLE programmatically detect dropped connection

I may be misunderstanding what you are trying to do but wit a BlueFruit UART Friend, you can check the connection status via the "AT+GAPGETCONN" command here I place the "UART Friend" in command mode then query the connected status with it connected and disconnected - the respons...

Re: BLE programmatically detect dropped connection

Thanks, I've ordered an nRF52 and will give it a go. I think you are right that having both BLE and microprocessor on one chip is the definitive solution to this sort of thing. The problem I've been having with a 2-chip board (Bluno) is that the only way to query the BLE chip from a sketch is to put...

Re: VREF used by CPX ADC

I know you're asking about Arduino/C world but empirically it's around 3.3V when it's used from CircuitPython and it would be confusing if it differed. The python libraries also have a hardcoded value you can programmatically query which is set to 3.3: >>> a2 = AnalogIn(board.A2) >>> a2.reference_vo...

Re: XRAD'S PLASMA ENGINE

still on the protoboard. Got most of the GUI stuff down. Have to add MM Feather sound and change out to adafruit feather touch screen. Just ordered an adafruit Teensy 3.x board adapter. will give that a try mounted to back of ada touch screen. The feather touch screen works great with the provided a...

Can't connect to Adafruit IO with Feather M0 WiFi w/ATWINC1

I started with a simple project but it failed during the "io.connect()" call in the setup() method. The status text is "Disconnected from Adafruit IO.". I then backtracked to one of the out-of-the-box examples found in the Arduino IDE under the group Adafruit IO Arduino->adafruit...

Re: PI Zero display

Hello friends, I know there has to be an answer to this simple question but not finding it. I have two Pi Zeros. They both work fine, thank you. I have one configured to use a Adafruit LCD 3.5" touch screen. The other is running raspbian with a HDMI screen. I can connect this on to the HDMI por...

Re: BLE device similar to XBee

No worries. My answer was more a response to the phrase "you have to write all the code yourself to query the ADCs and such" which seems to suggest it is quite a project to make such a thing. Seems to me said example provides most of the required functionality. Than again, I did not look i...

Re: BLE device similar to XBee

we dont stock anything like that, closest is a feather bluefruit but you have to write all the code yourself to query the ADCs and such (no ready to go AT commands)

BLE device similar to XBee

I'm looking for a processorless communication device similar to an XBee Radio. An XBee Radio does not have a processor you write software for, but has things like ADC and GPIO ports on it that you can wirelessly query. I want this to work over BLE (Bluetooth Low Enerby) rather than XBee.

Re: Adafruit Feather nRF52 Bluefruit LE query all the servic

It isn't entirely clear what you want here, but it sounds like you are trying to run in Central mode and scan for services or advertisement packets. Have a look at this example, or the other examples in the Central folder: https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_nRF52_Arduino/blob/master/libraries/Blue...

Adafruit Feather nRF52 Bluefruit LE query all the services a

Hi,

I have seen manually entered UUIDs for services and characteristics in Arduino IDE.
Is it possible for Adafruit Feather nRF52 Bluefruit LE to query all the services and characteristics automatically?
