Do you score your distributors or hold records on there performance scores?
If yes, it might be an idea to include this information on your distributors page.
I recently ordered an Adafruit product from a UK distributor listed on your distributors page, I paid for 1st class delivery and a week later, whilst my credit card was debited on the 30th of January I still have not received the item. 1st Class delivery in the UK normally is next day.
On trying to contact the distributor I then found that the web-site does not include any contact telephone number and the only way to contact the company is either by email or form, I did both and did not receive any update.
I then checked my credit card statement and found a contact number which I tried and got through to someone, I asked the same question and was assured I would receive a reply to my email. I then received a one liner telling me the item had been shipped, but no date.
I sent another email asking for confirmation of when the item was shipped, that was two days ago, still no response and now no answer on the telephone number either. If I do not receive the item tomorrow then I will contact my credit card company to raise a dispute.

Re: Distributors
Item still hasn't arrived, tried to call distributor today and only got answering machine despit it being 12:31 (mid day).
I get the feeling that this is a one man band doing it part time. Credit card company has now been contacted and item put into disbute. IF the item arrives I will contact the credit card company, but have to say big black tick against this distributor for me...I could understand delivery problems, but the lack of contact and poor support is not good.

Re: Distributors
I have received an email from the distributor telling me they are willing to send out the item again, but only if I drop the credit card dispute. I have contacted my credit card company and they're advice is that once a dispute has been closed, another dispute for the same transaction cannot be opened. The advice is to keep the case open until the goods are received.
I am waiting to here from the distributor what they intend to do.
