I've added an image below with some markups to help guide you.

The red circles indicate potential solder bridges, which you should check and try to fix. In particular, the ones labeled A and B relate to powering the individual color channels of the RGB LEDs. If these have shorts, then you will have issues seeing other colors. Anecdotally - it appears that the red channel is the only one without any solder bridge issues, which may explain why you are only seeing red.

The yellow circles and labels indicate the individual LED pins. The pins labeled 1, 2, and 3 should be common across all the LEDs. That is, all the Pin 1's are tied together, all the Pin 2's are tied together, and all the Pin 3's are tied together. You can test this with a multimeter to make sure they are soldered OK.

For now, just try and fix the solder bridges and see what effect it has on the LEDs.

Looks like the solder bridge(s) in circle B (from my photo above) might still be there. Do you have a multimeter that can do continuity testing?

I do not have a multimeter, but the I got rid of the solder bridges in B I just couldn’t get a good angle to show it

I think unfortunately it could still be a soldering issue. Sometimes the solder bridges can be very tiny and hard to see visually. That's where the multimeter would help. You could verify continuity, or lack of, to test for bridges. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to measure voltages at various locations to provide additional information about what might be going wrong.

I can see at least one pad that looks to be poorly wetted out. See image below. There's a good illustration of common problems here:

Try reading through that guide and see if you can go over all of your connections and rework them to be as close as possible to what is shown as a good solder joint:
