Bummer. Can you post a photo of the latest solder job as well.

Looks like the solder bridge(s) in circle B (from my photo above) might still be there. Do you have a multimeter that can do continuity testing?

I think unfortunately it could still be a soldering issue. Sometimes the solder bridges can be very tiny and hard to see visually. That's where the multimeter would help. You could verify continuity, or lack of, to test for bridges. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to measure voltages at various locations to provide additional information about what might be going wrong.

I can see at least one pad that looks to be poorly wetted out. See image below. There's a good illustration of common problems here:

Try reading through that guide and see if you can go over all of your connections and rework them to be as close as possible to what is shown as a good solder joint:

Hey @mbkhali

Sorry we could never get this to work. Maybe one of the original solder bridges caused some damage that could not be repaired by touching up the soldering. You did an amazing job trying to fix the soldering and did not give up. Try practicing soldering on something unimportant and use that guide I linked as a reference. This one:
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-gui ... -soldering

I hope you don't get discouraged and will try again. It just takes a little practice, but you'll get the hang of it eventually.

Good luck!
