Re: Order Confirmation No: 1770047-1800912794 - Mini POV kit
Hello, I just put everything together, everything is soldered correctly and fully, the led work, etc. I plugged in the usb cord to computer and the none of my 4 computers (one MAC and three PCs) didn't recognize device. I did upload Adafruit USB drive software and followed all step-by-step. But even after USB driver installation none of my computers recognizes the device, even Macintosh - and for Macintosh no driver needed.
I have searched Adafruit forums and now I would like to receive a replacement.
Please advise,
Thank you.

Can you post pictures of both sides of the board showing the soldering and connections?

I'd recommend cleaning the board with alcohol and a toothbrush to get rid of the solder bits and test for shorts (some of the connections look pretty close) Also make sure your USB cable is capable of connecting data and is not a charging cable.

Hello, there is no shorts - please see the photo - the LEDs are on and working.
And yes, we tried all USB cables that we have at home - the cables are perfect.
Please advise.
