TM6 - 202 2K Trim Pot - Problem/Question

I just started on making my beautiful baby #297 and I've run into what is potentially a snag. My 202 trim pot is printed with "202 A0".

All the pins are in line. the PCB has an offset center pin. Am I supposed to mangle this thing to make it fit, or do I have the wrong pot?

Yeah, so I just bent the BANNED out of it. I think I nearly broke one of the pins off, but I made it fit. :-X

i think some people got weird trimpots, if you email me i can send you new ones.

I got weird ones as well. It's the matter of a few seconds to put a kink in the leg and then bend it flat against the base. Seems to work okay.
