Voltage & note Issue after remplacement parts

Post by Vanth »

Hello everyone,
I'm French, so, sorry for my bad English !

I've issue with a xox, someone give it to me for make some mods, and replace all the switch !
All the mods are done with no problem, and test after all of it, but after the remplacement of all the switch, the xox don't sound how it does.
I've mesured the voltage on J4 i have :
- 2.10v dc on pin 1
- 4.60v dc on Pin 3
But if I play the sequenceur the voltage up and down from 2 to 6v dc on pin 3 and 1.8 to 2.9v dc on pin 1 !
If I disconnect the power supply to the main board, all voltage are good...

If I go to "keyboard" mod, all the note are note not in tune, is more like all the note are "random" but follow a certain logical (the 3 first up, and after the 3 other are the same at the 3 last , the next is up (etc...), octave down or up make the same note).

In "random" mod, like 20% of the note make sound, and the other make just some "sub click".

I've try to replace the 7805, 78L06, Lm336z-5.0, the 2 An6562, CPU, 74ac174, 4066, Ba6110, 2sk30A-Y, nothing change !

Here is a vidéo of what they do :

Thank's for your help !
