It looks like my 336 (IC22) is shot. It's putting out 11 volts. The 2.5 volts (half of what I should have) as posted above was my error. I had swapped in a new 336 without squinting at it first, and it's a 2.5 volt version. Since a LM336z-2.5 is putting out 2.5 volts, I'm going to guess that a new LM336Z-5.0 should put out 5 volts in the same circuit. I'll report back when I get some replacements of the correct voltage output!

I got the new IC22 and put it in. All voltages are back to normal. I now have 11.89V and 5.333V on J4. I'll check the rest of the operation tomorrow.
