LEDs and their resistors (map)

Post by bird »

Hi!

This is my first time I wright something on this forum but I've been reading alot and wow!! So many questions I've never needed to ask..

So, when I was about to change some LEDs on my x0xb0x I discovered it was a little bit like a puzzel to find out which resistor goes to which LED, so I made this little map..
I hope some of you find it useable.

Love, Peace and x0xb0x

For the diffused LEDs I using have:
10K for Red
1K for Yellow
2.2K for Red flat top's

(no clear LEDs)

PLEASE - what kind of resistors are you using for your LEDs ??

Hi

Thanks for posting this. Just at LED stage myself.

I made an excel spreadsheet cross-referencing your picture and Maxtim's post HERE so I can easily sort and help my poor, fried brain.

I attach a copy in case its useful for anyone else. You can obviously sort by LED ref, Resistor ref or function. :)

Cheers

Ben
