Can you tell exactly which J201 do you use ? 2SJ201 / J201-D27Z / J201-D74Z ???

I have the 2SK30A0. Is it the original component of the TB-303 ? Better than J201 ?

J201 is still produced and actually replaces the original part in the TM3030 clone. I have some left over from my 3030 build, maybe I should try them..

This is very interesting! I can't hear any difference between J201 and the -O. The -Y and -GR just sound horrible!
