I am having trouble connecting to the SpokePOV with the Windows wxSpokePOV application. In device manager I see my serial port as COM3 and I have made all of the correct settings in the software. I have played around with the Comm Delay. Still have no luck. It seems like the SpokePOV is soldered correctly since it does display the default hazard image. My only other doubt is the Serial Port settings: Bits per second, Data bits, Parity and Stop bits, Flow control. Currently they are 9600, 8, None, 1 and None respectively.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Serial Dongle Port Settings
If you post photos of the front & back of the POV and the dongle we will check the soldering. Although the image is displaying, there could be a problem somewhere on the communication side of the processor.

Re: Serial Dongle Port Settings
Fixed it by using a laptop with a com port instead of a USB to com adapter
