Faulty Leap Motion Plus

Hello,

I recently purchased a Leap Motion from adafruit, and i've noticed it's tracking is not as good as it's supposed to be. Running the calibration, I also cannot even complete the calibration, I have used a mirror, a monitor, a tv, nothing works. It begins tracking, but the highest "points" I can get is about 12. I have attempted to recalibrate from 4 inches, to closer, to farther, nothing makes a difference. I have the software installed, I have tried on multiple computers, same issue.

What kind of support/replacement can be done on this?

They are the manufacturers for the Motion and might have a good idea about what is happening.

Thanks for the reply. Assuming I do that, and nothing is fixed, and is deemed faulty, what is the next steps?
