What is the output of this device is is volts,amps,etc? and what do I do with the clock pin/wire if my setup doesn't directly account for such a wire/pin? do I just treat the data and clock wire as one and use the 2 as a single output?

The device has a digital interface using the Sensirion SHT-1x protocol.
Connect:
* Black -> GND.
* Red -> VCC (3.3v-5v depending on your processor)
* Yellow -> Clock Pin
* Green -> Data Pin.

There is a library that implements the communication protocol here: https://github.com/practicalarduino/SHT1x
Clock and Data pins are specified in the constructor when you declare the object in your code.
