Defective Simple RF M4 Receiver??
I just received the Simple RF M4 Receiver (P1096A) and I fear that it may be defective. I am trying to pair it with the Single Button Keyfob. With the voltmeter probes on the VT pin and GND pin, the voltage reads 0 when the button is pushed. when the probes are on GND and VIN, it read 4.8v so the board should be getting power no problem. I also happen to have the T4 Receiver and they function as expected with the key fob so the key fob doesn't appear to be the problem. Any thoughts would help as I need this part to be function in couple days.

Re: Defective Simple RF M4 Receiver??
The VT pin is the "Valid Transmission" pin. It should read closer to VIN (i.e. 5V) when a valid transmission from the keyfob is seen.
Can you try repeating this experiment with the T4 version to make sure you can see the expected behavior there.

I can confirm that T4 boards are working as expected, with reads on both D2 pin and VT pin.

OK, and then just to double check - using the same everything with the M4? Same power, keyfob, etc. And not seeing anything on the M4's VT pin?
