I got my hands on a pair of 4ohm 200Watt speakers

I was wondering if this product can use them?

Yes, that amplifier is rated to drive a 4-ohm load. So it is safe to connect it to any speakers with a 4-ohm (or higher) impedance.

Keep in mind that with 20W per channel, you won't be able to drive a speaker rated for 200W to anywhere near its max SPL. But you can probably get them playing at a decent listening level.
