What is the currently shipping version number? The chip markings indicate this on the middle line, which should show TMSxx. "xx" is the number of interest.
V3x is required to use AES. The boards I purchased last year had V13 I would love to buy some newer ones.

tbh we have no way of knowing or checking because we have gotten various chip shipments and they are not tracked or separated - so probably best to assume its the older one !
