Help Getting Refund for Leap Motion

I'm trying to get a refund for my Leap Motion, while I'm still within my 30 days from purchase. I contacted customer service, who advised me to post in the forum. Are you able to assist with a refund?

Can you tell us why you want a refund? What seems to be the problem?

It is very spotty at tracking hands and/or arms movements, if it does track. Had to use chest or head mounted mode, because it rarely tracked at all in desktop mode. I expected this to work more consistently. Those are the main reasons.
