Hi guys,
I just boight a Nano Thermal Printer, but unfortunately it's not working properly, since the paper moves (slowly) but there's no evidence of printing.
My issues are:
• Not being able to make the test print (I pressed the button below the printer while pluggin it to power)
• Not being able to run the A_printertest example which comes from the library
I had to change the baud rate in the .cpp file - as suggested in your tutorial - since the test print that came with the printer showed a baud rate of 9600.
I'm attaching 3 images to help you debug the situation.
The first one shows the tech details of the power supply I'm using, the second one shows the test print that I received with the printer and the third one shows the cable connections.
The blue cable is RX and the green one is TX, and they're connected to pin 6 and 5.
Here's also a video of the printer trying to print : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEv-u_QcmRY
I need this for a project coming soon so any quick help is really appreciated.
Thanks
