USB LiIon/LiPoly charger 259, charge time?

Should the USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1.2 PID: 259 charger be able to charge a Lithium Ion Battery - 3.7v 2000mAh PID: 2011 out of the box?
If so how long should it take to get to charged light coming on?
