Finger print sensor R307

We have brought r307 fingerprint sensor.ithas got 6 six pin wires we connected red wire-vcc
Black- ground
Green -2
White -3
Yellow-a0
Blue-3.3v
We need suggestions please do help us

Can you please post a photo of your setup showing how you have everything connected.

looks like the wire colors changed
use the order of the wires GND-RX-TX-POWER, not the colors, we'll yell at the factory!

This s how we hv connected it...the thing is we ran library adafruit fingerprint code enroll and fingerprint
We are getting communication error
Sensor is getting detected and it ask to enter id and after entering it it asks us to place the sensor after that communication error
What s the error
What would hv went wrong
Please do help wit us as soon as poosible

R307 has 6 pins what to connect..r we supposed to change the library code

are those wires from the sensor soldered or just taped together

hmm it found the sensor, could be the wires are too long? you could keep trying. to enroll, we cant guarantee you'll get it working by tomorrow

Actually it got worked with 4 pins as you said. The four pins we connected and it worked Thank you for your support
